You can access information about your Spectrum Account and your device directly from the Account Overview section of the Settings and Support menu in the Spectrum Guide.

View account overview

To access information about your Spectrum account and device:

1. Press the Menu button on your remote control, use the arrow keys to scroll to Settings and Support, and then press OK / Select.

2. Scroll down to the account overview with the arrow keys and press OK / Select.

3. Here you can choose from the following options:

·         Account Information: View details about your account and equipment, including account number and MAC address for your Spectrum Receiver.

·         Equipment: See app info and access the RESET DATA button.

·         System Info: Display the model number and MAC address of your receiver, as well as other system information.

RESET DATA
